The Certified Hathaspace H13 True HEPA Replacement Filter is designed to fit the HSP001 Smart True HEPA Air Purifier. This replacement filter is certified to capture 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns and 99.95% of particles between 0.3 - 0.1 microns.

The filter features a total of 4 filter stages: a Cold Catalyst filter, an Activated Carbon filter, a HEPA Pre-Filter, and an H13 True HEPA filter. These filters work together to eliminate smoke and odors, as well as capture air pollutants such as tobacco smoke and ultra-fine dust.

The Cold Catalyst filter targets VOCs and household chemicals like formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, and hydrogen sulfide. The Activated Carbon filter absorbs and removes odors, smoke fumes, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The HEPA Pre-Filter captures larger particles like dust, debris, and pet hair, preserving the surface area of the HEPA filter.

The H13 HEPA filter is designed to capture 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns and 99.95% of particles between 0.3 - 0.1 microns. These particles include allergens, dust, pollen, pet dander, and tobacco smoke.

Based on third-party testing (Intertek 2021), the air purifier has an over 99.99% removal rate of Staphylococcus Albus and Escherichia Coli, as well as an over 99.99% removal rate of H1N1 and EV71 virus. The testing was performed in an approximately 128 sq. ft chamber over 60 minutes.

It is important to note that Hathaspace does not make any claim that this air purifier removes SARS-CoV-2 from the air. The replacement filters should be changed every 4 months to ensure optimal performance.
